Celebrating 伊丽莎白 Roof
We are thrilled to honor 伊丽莎白 Roof at this year’s Latham Centers Golf Classic! 伊丽莎白, a Senior Research Specialist at V和erbilt University, has done incredible work in the areas of managing behavior, psychiatric features, 社交技巧 new promising clinical trials within the Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS) community.
伊丽莎白·鲁夫，M.A. is a Senior Research Associate at V和erbilt University Department of Psychology 和 has been licensed as a Health Service Provider in TN since 1994. She currently directs several research programs with children 和 adults with Prader-Willi syndrome with Elisabeth Dykens. They have published many peer-reviewed journal articles about many aspects of PWS across the lifespan. 近30年来, 伊丽莎白 has followed over 450 children, 青少年, 和 adults with PWS in research studies. 伊丽莎白 has recruited many families across the country 和 Canada by providing individualized feedback information to families on issues such as behavioral 和 classroom intervention, 有效的教育, IEPs 和 educational strategies, psychiatric medication in PWS, 和 residential placement 和 professional consultation for professionals 和 groups. She has helped man年龄 many clinical trials in PWS 和 consults with sponsors to select appropriate outcomes 和 logistics for clinical trials in PWS. She has presented at many state, 国家, 和 inter国家 PWS conferences 和 for FPWR in the US, 澳大利亚和加拿大.
